Production
From knitting to dyeing, from the laboratory to finishing: every step at our Malatya mill.
Every stage, from the first stitch to the roll ready for shipment, happens under one roof. With a capacity of 500 tonnes of knitted dyed fabric a month, we manage every step ourselves, from yarn sourcing to final inspection.
Knitting
Stitch by stitch. A 60 machine park, 22 tonnes of greige fabric a day.
With a park of 60 machines from the leading makers in each knit type, we produce 22 tonnes of greige fabric a day. On Mayer, Monarch, Terrot, Pailung, Pilotelli and Santoni machines we knit pique, single jersey, interlock, rib, ribbed collar, two thread, three thread and Selanik.
Dyeing
We add colour to life. Dyeing to OEKO-TEX Class I and ISO standards.
In vessels ranging from 25 kg to 1600 kg we dye to OEKO-TEX Class I and ISO standards.
Under the control of our specialists and with our automation, we select and apply dyestuffs, chemicals and processes for the most precise colour matching, the best fastness values and the least impact on the environment.
Laboratory
This is our kitchen. Automatic dispensing and spectrophotometry.
Our laboratory is where correct dyeing begins. We work with automatic dispensing for maximum precision, build our recipes on washing and dyeing machines that simulate mill conditions as closely as possible, and go deeper into colour with our spectrophotometer.
Finishing & Quality Control
Everything is ready. Raising, shearing, brushing and final inspection.
In finishing we give our dyed fabrics their handle, their dimensional stability and elasticity, and effects such as raising, shearing and brushing. This is where the fabric takes its final form.
Our pursuit of quality starts with yarn sourcing and continues through knitting, dyeing and finishing. It is confirmed here by final inspection and testing, and the fabric is made ready for shipment on our automatic packing machines.
